He's a southpaw, shorter than Khan, with a smaller reach and average power. He's too slow of hand and foot to effectively pressure Khan. It would be an easier fight than Algieri.

They're about the same height and reach from what I can see. Khan is very easily pressured. Julio Diaz wasn't exactly fleet footed. Khan would probably end up in a knock down drag out with Guerrero.
