If Khan gets in with Thurman next

If Khan gets in with Thurman next would you still class him as the guy whose ducking hard puncher i.e Brook. I don't think Khan has anywhere else to go to be honest, chances of a Mayweather showdown looks slim and he knows himself that the performance he put up against Chris wasn't nothing to be proud about. Win or lose against Thurman none of you will be able to say he ducked the hard hitters of the 147 division.

Danny Garcia or Cotto are next for Mayweather.

Khan should just let that fight go, concentrate on beating someone like Bradley and then fight Pacquiao next year.

      Thurman flatlines Khan's career.

But sure you have to give Amir props if he does sign up for it.

He won't fight Thurman, but he'd get plenty of credit if he did.

It doesn't make much sense though. Why would he fight Thurman and get knocked out for little money when he could get £5million+ to get knocked out by Brook...

Why give a guy props for doing what he is meant to do. Basically what your saying is if kahn had to fight thurman because it was expected, and got KTFO you would give him props even if he lost because he looks like he avoids big punchers. Fighters should aim to fight the best. It should be expected of them. Fu@k this i like him because he gets in there with anyone bs.

All of that won't change the fact he ducked Brook.

I couldn't agree with you more to be frank, I mean I'm not talking from myself when I say I'll give khan props for fighting punchers because like you said it's part of the fight game where the best fight the best. I'm talking for the people on this site who ridicule khan for avoiding big punchers, it's actually similar to the situation with Khan and maidana, wouldn't be surprised if khan beats thurman

Haymon doesn't take chances with his fighters. The trend with PBC fighters is to fight a nobody after they fight a half decent/decent opponent. Khan looked bad against Algieri which was supposed to be an exhibition to set up a Floyd fight. If Khan doesn't get Floyd, he's definitely gonna face someone like Josesito Lopez next.

True, but wasn't it considered by posters on this site was the only reason he ducked Brook was because he would end up getting koed. If that's the case and IF he got in with thurman surely that reason alone would be thrown out the window

Al Haymon is not putting Khan and Thurman in the ring together. I highly doubt it.
