    Geale 182lbs? doesn't mean he wasn't drained

Just because Geale came in more or less at 182 doesn't mean he wasn't drained. If anything it's extremely dangerous to rehydrate your body that fast with electrolytes and such, which in extreme cases will give you a seizure and kill you. Not necessarily taking anything a way from Cotto. It was a class difference tonight and probably would have gone the same way if Geale came in at 160, resulting in a KO somewhere down the line. The thing is.... I am scared this catch weight nonsense will be a thing with all of Cotto's fights at 160 with his demeanor with Max. Along with him coming in at 153lbs.

And for those posters just loving right now to say "I told you so!!! Cotto isn't scared of Canelo or GGG!"
I say to that, no one calling Cotto scared for the most part on this site actually think Cotto is terrified of the thought of fighting them. The point that we all were going over the top to make is that Cotto hadn't fought sense last year against a shot Martinez. Not knocking Cotto for taking an easier fight after Martinez this year which I at least thought he deserved. But your going to get a ton of **** from boxing fans when you are the lineal champ at 160 and make no initiative or interest in giving the deserving contenders a chance. Cotto tonight has said he will give them a chance, so for now we just have to take his word for it.
