^^^ i pretty much agree here. Tho i dont care what he calls himself as long as he defends his belt. if you look at it in a monetary sense. Him and Canelo will be big. If he wins that fight and impressively, GGG will be holding the golden lottery ticket so it might be better to wait. Say GGG beats him now then what? Is he gonna move up then? If the world spins right, Cotto fights canelo, GGG fights whomever is left at MW. Cotto Fights GGG. Meanwhile Ward gets a few fights in, and then......boom! that said, ill never be a fan of catchweights for titles.

He has every right to want to fight him, if Cotto's not a true MW and drop the belt, and have a super fight with Canelo. This concept is not hard to understand, why are some ppl slow to grasp the fact that he could drop the belt and no one will then say he's ducking?

He fights above 154. Anything from 155-160 is MW. That goes for Canelo too.

They're just not middleweights when it suits them i.e to not fight Golovkin.
Yeah but... he weighed in at 153.6.

You can't say that you're not a middlewieght, and still hold the belt hostage.
          Moron..

Golovkin needs to fight Ward...even if Cotto gives up the belt, Golovkin will still want to fight him because he a bully.

Golovkin is the same man that said he wants to fight Mayweather and Alvarez so whether Cotto has the belt or not is irrelevant to Golovkin, he still will want to fight the smaller guy.

But being the crackpipe smoking poster that you are, you will avoid the topic of Golovkin testing his boxing ability by fight the Son of God.

Andre Ward will beat Gennady Golovkin.

Exactly what those links say...I never said that Ward should move down to fight Martinez so why would I say that for Golovkin.

Golovkin should move up and fight Ward, challenge yourself. Stop waiting for smaller welterweights to move up to fight you.
