Roach doesn't look great - has me wondering how much more time he has before Parkinsons get the better of him. Tying that in with Cotto's overly generous praise makes me wonder if Cotto knows that Roach is close to retirement. Heck Cotto might not fight until 2016 now and people can deteriorate real fast so that maybe Cotto's last fight with Freddy.

The GGG/Canelo fanboys in NSB are going to have a rough week getting over how great Cotto looked

He looked great against an average guy with average ability, who he had to drain in order to fight. Cotto's great, but he fought club fighter Rodriguez, fought an injured, old, Martinez, and fought an average Geale. Now he did say that he will fight Canelo and GGG. Although he didn't sound to confident when he talked about fighting GGG, and I don't blame him for that. But anyone who thinks he has a chance against either Canelo or GGG is insane. Those two guys are too powerful for Cotto. And Cotto doesn't have the stamina to last a full 12 rounds with either. Unless he drains both, which I expect him to do.

It's interesting that no one mentions the fact that Cotto weighed in at 153. This is why I didn't want them to drain Geale. It was obvious that Geale is not in Cotto's league, but of course the weight will always linger.
