Vic just isn't going to fit in at Featherweight at least not with title contenders.

He's already accomplished winning in two weight divisions and with the IBO belt it'd make it three divisions. Undisputed at Super Flyweight too.

I think you can make an argument for Vic being an ATG. I mean the guy has fought all the best fighter at or around his weight class and in their prime.

We aren't talking flavor of the month fighters but truly top level fighters. He lost some and he won some but at least he had the courage to get in the ring with them and thats what boxing should be about.

I meant in general the reason for others always seemingly seeing him getting dropped. He swings wide as hell and telegraphs his punches so after a few rounds, he gets timed and put down.
