he still a prospect, i could tell u this, he is way skilled than Wilder by far, Tapia is real real fast for a heavyweight, great footwork, defense and pretty elusive...

btw he just signed with Al haymon,, eventually we will see him more often.

I can't really assess how good he is based solely on that short clip but it looks like he has some speed and likes to let his hands go. Not bad
