To clarify the situation at 147, Mayweather did not pay the WBO sanctioning fee so it is vacant and Bradley and Vargas will fight for it (So Mayweather cannot become undisputed champion by fighting Brook). The winner must defend vs Sadam Ali. So who wins and why? I have Bradley winning a UD, Vargas doesn't impress me and I still rate Bradley highly.
