    The 147 was in place so that delahoya could make weight,since his previous fight was at 150,and Pacquiao wasn't a full welterweight yet. Or did you for get that Pacquiao had to jump of from 135 to 147 for the fight?

                No didn't forget.... He still had a fight at welterweight and wanted to drain cotto to 143 lbs at first. Don't forget that he fought hatton at 140 lbs prior to his cotto fight.
