Doesn't sound like a hungry fighter anymore. Maidana has never taken a year off in his 11 year career. And he has at least fought twice a year since his debut. He is 32 and his style doesn't suit layoffs, he needs to stay active. It's not like he got hurt or KO'ed vs Floyd, nothing concerning happened to him. He's just not hungry, he ate already, he's gonna come back all sluggish and lose to some dude he could have beaten if he was active and hungry.
