That sucks, at least Beterbiev is still fighting. I want to see him stay active!

Alexander Johnson has never been stopped or even knocked down.

Beterbiev will likely change Johnson's career with both a knockdown(s) and/or a knockout. However, I do wish Mr. Johnson well - especially for taking on such a formidable opponent on short notice.

I know they had to find an opponent willing to take the fight on short notice but this is a terrible mismatch. I have seen Alexander Johnson once on ShoBox a few years ago against prospect Luis Garcia and he looked awful. I mean, so bad I never thought I would ever see him on TV again. He might be durable - he went the distance with Eleider Alvarez - but he is going to be way out of his league against Beterbiev.

Opponent is irrelevant. He must sleep.

Any word on why Ngumbu is out?

Don't matter, who ever is willing to show up to get knocked out is basically what they need for Beterbiev
