Lightweight contender Jose Felix Jr. (29-1-1, 24KOs) has advised BoxingScene.com that there is a good possibility that he will face former multi-division champion Humberto Soto (65-8-2, 35KOs) on June 27th at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. The fight would serve as the HBO televised co-feature in support of the Tim Bradley-Jessie Vargas main event.

Felix is actually quite big and cuts a lot of weight, so it'll probably be at 140.

Honestly, I think Soto dodged a bullet there, if Frankie had showed up fit and in shape he more than likely would've retired Soto.
