Geale got destroyed two fights ago. He won a wide 12 round decision in his last fight against Jarrod Fletcher.

It's actually less than 7 days. But that's not really an issue. Most fighters lose more than 10 lb before their fights. 10 lb of water is about the amount which you lose when you have a light flu and you are sleeping all day.

LMAO!!!! Where is BigJavi. I knew that 30 day weight was BS.

        Miguel Chocha, ladies and gentlemen.

I'm telling you, they are having a nightmare with the catchweight. They brought it up several times during the conference call.

a lot of you guys don't know shlt about boxing. it's the norm to lose 10lbs of water weight the night before the weigh in. If you've ever boxed or wrestled in highschool you would know. In HS i would walk around at 165. Friday I wouldn't eat at all and I would practice hard for about 3 hours. by the end of the day I was around 157. I'd lose 3 lbs sleeping then I'd wake up saturday morning and weigh in at 154. We had same day weigh ins. I'd drink a **** load of gatorade and eat and I was at 160+ 2 hours later.

Boxing isn't high school. Try doing that stuff in your 30s.

Also, just cause you did it that way doesn't mean it would work on everyone else.

You previously said that you would lose it on the night of the weigh in for high school, now it's 7 as an adult. Not everyone can do what you do. Not sure how much fat you have but when you're lean, you don't want to lose muscle in dropping the pounds.

it's not muscle you idiot. It's all water. I still do 10 lbs in a day but i don't ever go more than 10 lbs over my weigh in weight. so 1 day of losing water weight doesn't affect me negatively at all. I said 7 days because that's how long geale has.

what drains a lot of these fighters is that they're 20 + lbs over their weight. of course that's going to affect you but for you to say 10lbs in 7 days is tough is just ignorant. it's pretty obvious that you've never had to make weight in your life.

He WILL knock him out. That is if Geale makes it through the referee's instructions without fainting.
