I think they have officials in a lot of these countries who check. They definitely should have some in Australia IMO...my guess though

Why is Roach at fault? These fighters are goddamn adults and should be taking responsibility for their actions. Cotto is the champion not Roach. All he needed to say is 'the fight takes place at 160' and it is done. I'm sick of giving fighter's a pass for pulling this **** and solely blaming it on Roach. I'm no fan of Freddie but when are we gonna start putting some of this back on the fighter's themselves?
