    didn't vote

Result would depend on how Broner gets through the Shawn Porter fight (win or lose, Porter might end up taking part of Broner with him).

If he makes it through okay, Broner-Algieri goes the full 12, but Algieri gives Broner utter hell behind that busy jab and just, flatly, being more active; Broner punches nowhere near as hard as Provodnikov, so Algieri is unlikely to get put out.

    would be a good fight.

Algieri probably moves too much for Broner... And Algieri/Maidana are sparring partners.

The Porter fight should be interesting. Both have very good hands and bad, primitive footwork.

Algieri improved with JDJ already but I'm not that surely that this strategy would work against anybody out of Khan. Broner - while he isn't a huge puncher - can punch and if Algieri wants to move him down like he did with Khan Broner won't tbe fazed by his power and he won't try to outbox him like Khan but will stay in his place and with his superior hand speed, counter ability and power will make Algieri pay for his newly found style. From that point Algieri would made his mind up and do the boxing style again which would end up in a close fight which I think would be very close maybe a draw. That's why I voted for the draw.

Nope. Porter is maybe a little linear but he is fast on his foots and doesn't stand in his place like Broner.

That's a pretty decent fight, but Algeri needs to get a solid W under his belt. He's lost back to back fights against obvious elite competition. Even with the losses Algeri's stock is rising.

AB on the other hand seems more like a natural Junior Welterweight. Regardless of the criticism received, AB performed admirably against Maidana. MM was AB's first legitimate welterweight. Even the great Floyd Mayweather struggled a bit with MM.

I don't think the two will be fighting anytime soon, but for the hell of it, if they were to fight in 2015, I'd take Broner by SD.

Algeri gets hit a lot and Broner is deceptively stronger than he looks.

Broner vs Porter will be interesting. I expect AB to win that one by KO or UD.

I'd like to see Algeri in against someone like Brandon Rios next.

I went with Broner on points. Broner would perform better than Khan did. I don't think we have a vastly improved Algieri so much as a highly overrated Khan. Broner has much more power and boxing skills than Khan and I think he can handle light punching Algieri. Broner doesn't respond well to pressure but Algieri doesn't have the punching power to put real pressure on him. Broner has a much better chin and a slightly better defense than Khan who's main defense seems to be a bearhug or a headlock.

Chris turns boxer mode on and pummels the Titanic for feet Adrien Broner until the merciful ref stoppage.
