"Mandatory" doesn't mean anything, you know that. The fight still has to get negotiated and made and Wilder, irregardless of what you may think of him is the champ and should be setting the terms. Why won't Povetkin simply come fight in the US with the requested testing?

so if any fighter can go from mediocre to elite status by taking whatever why aren't all average fighters elite now if that all it takes? according to you since 90% of fighters are average they are purposely not taking PED's so they can remain average and make no money. OK I got it now

So since not once did I say he or anyone he fought was average (especially Eddie Chambers) nor did I say he was %100 on steroids I assume you have little to no comprehensive ability.

The point that I was trying to illustrate was that there has been a dramatic change in Povetkin over the last couple of years. Does Wilder have grounds to accuse him of juicing, no, not entirely but there is clearly something different about the man. Just look at his body now compared to what he used to look like for %99 of his fights. Huge difference, it's like JMM who Hulked up when he fought Manny then went right back to regular JMM body when he fought Bradley........i'm just calling it how I see it.
