Braddock had courage.

He came back after 20 losses to become heavyweight champion. He never waited until boxers were old and faded, he fought them in their primes. He never demanded home advantage, a home ref to permit him to foul, or his opponents wear gloves with extra padding.

Braddock was a good man who loved his wife. He fought through severe adversity to provide for his family during the Great Depression.

By all accounts, James J Braddock was an honest, decent man of strong character, not an arrogant woman-beating braggart.

His motivation to come back from all those losses was to provide for his wife and children.

That's quite a contrast to shallow Floyd "Money" Mayweather, who cares about no one but himself.

Braddock was a man of strong character, Floyd is a man of weak character.

Criticism of Floyd isn't bigotry. If he were white and exactly the same in every other way (beats up women, runner in the ring, demands an opponent wear gloves with extra padding, demands home advantage for every fight, etc) I would feel exactly the same way about him.

Repost the stuff you posted and deleted and I will show you.

The Boxer of the month is obviously Floyd Mayweather. He unified three of the major belts at welterweight, defeated his career rival, solidified his position as the p4p best fighter in the world, and made a record breaking purse while doing so. Anyone who says otherwise is obviously a hater or just an ignoramus.
