                        Theoretically, yes. But you will only get tested out of competition, if a separate testing agreement leading up to a fight was agreed on or if you are su****ious. It's basically like in the US. IF you are a sanctioned fighter in a state, the comission could test you at any time. But it's rarely done this way.

                            I would like to see him stringently tested as well. Same with Povetkin and Deontay Wilder and all other fighters for that matter.

                            Be the best, if you can, while being clean. If not get the hell out of my sport.
