Kell Brook dismantled English rival Frankie Gavin in six rounds to retain his IBF title and turn his attention to making a serious dent in the welterweight division.

Brook was a heavy betting favourite heading into the bout despite Gavin's renowned pedigree from his amateur days.

Why are they trying to make it seem like Gavin was doing this too early in his career? He's been a pro for 6 years and is a former world amateur champion. That's not too early, he's just not cut out to be a top level pro.

Not many people know this, Frankie Gavin is actually a member of the make a wish foundation. His wish was to fight for a world title.
