Nothing That Thurman or Khan have done lately warrants a Mayweather shot

Brook won the belt, and hes beating mandatories, what more could you ask for? Its not like hes not trying to get big fights, people complain about Gavin and ignore that he wanted Khan for next weekend, and Khan wanted Algieri

Brook is the most deserving Welterweight atm for a "big" fight

The other side of the equation is how relevant Brook is to the American public? Garcia-Salka pulled in 808k while Brook-Porter did 661k.

True! But, Kell Brook has earned the right to have his name in the same sentence as Floyd Mayweathers.

Boxing is an international sport. The fight will be HUGE in the UK(Where it would take place) Not in Amercia...

My point is that the win was the most significant win by a welterweight since Maidana's win over Broner. Every other Weltweight fight has been showcases and mismatches

I just find it funny when UK fans downplay a Brook-Khan fight thats garnered interest from all over the boxing world, as if they dont want to see it, or know the fighter they root for would likely lose(Khan).. Its like fans not wanting to see Mayweather-Pacquiao. Which is just silly.

Brook-Khan is not only a huge domestic fight, it would also be for the only welterweight title not held by Mayweather and the winner would be FRONTRUNNER for the Mayweather fight

oh brook, how have you not gotten bored with this level of competition?

First time seeing Gavin, he's not that bad a fighter really, he has decent movement, some solid skills, good natural reaction, but he's lacking on offense and therefore confidence in his offense. He needs to step that **** up and also work on his strength training. I don't know how dedicated this guy is, but there is definitely room for improvement.

So.. you'll ignore that Brook wanted Khan instead of Gavin, but Khan wanted Algieri instead of Brook? Because thats whats going on....

brooks resume is utter sht, I'll be surprised if he makes it to mayweathers undercard.

wait a minute. So just because Khan is unavailable, that gives him an excuse to fight utter trash? why didnt he move to thurman as plan b? .. and if we compare algieri with gavin, there's no debate, khan faced the tougher opponent. .this wasn't Algieri at 144lb catchweight and with one of the best trainers in his corner..

the only thing brook earned by beating bum ass gavin is a fight with berto.. he doesn't deserve to be in the same gym as mayweather, stop it
