In the main event, Amir "King" Khan (31-3, 19 KOs) scored a crafty and hard fought unanimous decision over Chris Algieri (20-2, 8 KOs) and Javier Fortuna (28-0-1, 20 KOs) won a crowd-pleasing unanimous decision victory over Bryan Vasquez (34-2, 18 KOs) in the televised opener.

he didnt really hurt khan, cuz we know when khan is hurt he does that dance

however when he did land those punches, he made khan all nervous

he landed a flush right hand like 4 times,

in the past khan wud have been caught flush way more than that

Algieri thinks he hurts everyone he fights several times, yet only a few have hit the deck. His definition of hurt is a bit different that most of us in the game.

I remember him hurting Khan 2 times. Helluva fight man, Algieri's stock rose for sure. He's not longer a running cage joke anymore

Algieri cannot punch, at all (Malignaggi level), and isn't good enough to capitalize on a hurt opponent. It's as if he was shocked he had hurt someone, then got too close to allow Khan to grab, hold and headlock.

You thought right. Should've stuck to the body work as you completely stopped Khan from working every time you went downstairs. Still a draw type of fight nonetheless.
