A good win for sure, but I remember him taking some good left hooks here and there. Also against Peralta, he was rocked momentarily by a left hook in that fight. But that was when he was basically fighting off his back foot, if he steps in on Garcia he might be able to get inside the garsh and avoid/smother it...or at least keep Danny guessing. He might bea little too tall to try to come in as low as Herrera...Herrera jab is much better imo. Wouldn't mind this fight at some point - eastcoast fight, it probably could sell something.

Danny seems past prime and over the hill. The guy who beat Matthysse has disappeared never to be seen again. He has been replaced by a guy who couldn't knock down or hurt Peterson. I thought Algieri edged Khan out and deserved the win. Jackson seems to have improved him. Algieri loves to fight while Garcia hardly ever fights any more. I would make Algieri a slight favorite. I wouldn't call him the boxing Algieri. Tonight he was the fighting Algieri and damn near chased Khan out of the ring.
