I keep reading about how if CA had power this or that..but nobody rarely mentions what if AK had power to me he has obvious flaws and more than 1 but his lack of real power is one of his most glaring.

He doesn't set down on shots but even when he does and snaps guys heads back they act like it never happened and keep coming forward imagine if AK had some pop Algieri would've been sommersaulting like it's a sunday afternoon with some of those shots.

Algieri did however save his boxing career and moving to JDJ was a superb idea with some more time he can develop a better attacking game but tbh he's not walking Provo and guys like that down this only worked due to his size advantage and it being Khan.

I always thought Virgil is a bit too intense.

Like others have said, Roach got the best out of Khan IMO.

But when Khan got whooped by Danny G, all Khan did was blame Roach.

As you say, Khan's assets are mobility and handspeed - he needs to stay out of dogfights.

Algieri is the tallest Welterweight right now and probably matches anyone if not has the longest in reach as well. Not sure if anyone has a wider frame than him right now aside from Thurman maybe (Thurman was 160 fight night in his last fight). Was a little surprised at the size difference between him and Khan.

Khan has a good size frame but it was surprising looking at CA clearly a bigger guy but his left eye was swelling form Khan's pitty-pat shots curious to see how it holds up against a real puncher.

          Ruslan might have damaged it

Algieri-Provodnikov II looks like a real plausible fight right now. Both guys on the end of tough losses but not sure if it would be good for their careers/health right now.

Khan needs to fight Thurman or Brook. No exceptions. Algieri could fight Soto-Karass, Rios, Provodnikov, or Guerrero.

Jackson was right, that left hook got through but Khan is better at coping when being attacked and gets on ok on the inside these days, so there has been improvement under Hunter.

nah, I think HBO said Chris has shorter arms than Manny...I don't know the numbers exactly, but I'm pretty sure Amir has longer arms than Manny and Floyd has the longest at welter....Floyd's arm length is comparable to some ****ing cruiserweights.

those left hooks didn't seem to carry much weight at all and they still had khan ****ting his pants at times. algieri also fought a rather clean fight and didn't really attempt to bully khan up close. if maidana can make welterweight again, he would punish khan in a rematch

John David Jackson admitted they lost, post fight interview, he felt Khan edged it, but he still has to say his fighter won, because according to him thats what trainers do and feel
