Eastman and Magee beaten in Germany

Eastman: couldn't be arsed for a change

Unbeaten but heavily hyped German middleweight contender Arthur Abraham, 17-0 (15) scored the win of his young career by out working and out punching two time world title challenger Howard Eastman over 12 round in Nürnberg, Germany.

Eastman, fresh off a challenge to Bernard Hopkins, was hurt and wobbled in round 10 and 11 and went down to scores of 116-112, 115-112 and a too wide 119-110.

It seems the end has come for the eccentric Battersea Bomber, his vast potential squandered because of his lazy attitude. [...]

"I will Knock Out Anyone At 160 Pounds" -MIRANDA

Lol. This guys a joke man. He beat a dead guys and all of a sudden he can beat anyone at 160. Howard Eastman didn't even fight and he had this guy rocked in the 6th or 7th round. Guess well see if he can get passed Arthur Abraham first without being KTFO. By the way this is going to turn out to be like the Kingsley Ikeke fight. Everyones saying this guys a "prospect" but well. If he beats Arthur Abraham then I would give him credit but for now hes just talking out of his ass.

Who is this abraham guy, and how long has he been around?
Does he have any names on his resume?

I never really heard of him.

This is a pick em fight. They both have power.I know Miranda does because I've seen him fight and on paper so does Abraham I say that because I haven't seen him fight yet.AA has beaten more name fighters than Miranda has but Edison took out Eastman while AA didn't.Miranda chin isn't bad.Eastman isn't featherfisted by any means and he recovered quickly and came back to stop Eastman. All of Eastman's losses were by decisions to Abraham who is supposed to be a big puncher and Hopkins and Joppy who both have decent power.

I was reading a post on another boxing forum and someone was talking about how Miranda is the harder puncher and this seemed funny to me. Miranda might be a power puncher, but have u seen Abraham's punches?

I saw the Eastman, Ikeke and Taylor fights. I was not impressed. He is so predictable. He fights like Juan Urango... Hands up high, comes in with a hard left hook, right hook, left hook combo. Every now and than he throws a few jabs and maybe tries an uppercut.

Eastman is the opposite. Very tricky and changes his offense. Abraham has never been tested against a hard and aggressive puncher as Miranda. I see this as an easier fight than Eastman was. Eastman even said himself that Miranda will have no trouble with Abraham.

-Can you please site your sources. When did he say it and where did you hear him say it.

"I was not impressed. He is so predictable."

-lol. Edison doesn't impress me one bit. He has a weak chin and in my opinion can't match Abraham's power.

Time will tell my friend. But before fighting Kingsley Ikeke, many people predicted that Kinglsey was the next big thing. Look what happened to him. He got KTFO. Once Abraham is through with Miranda, same will happen. People will say Abraham still hasn't proven himself. This guys been beating everyone up with his "predictable style".
