Manny Pacquiao***8217;s choice of medication was very specific and it makes one curious if this could possibly be the first time that Team Pacquiao, who refused and attempted to negotiate ***8220;random***8221; drug testing, used this medication before a fight. The Boxing Tribune***8217;s own ninja star-hurling leader reported on this very subject three weeks ago revealing a trove of information about the miracle drug Toradol and how popular and wide-spread it is in major sports.

Toradol is a legitimate, USADA-approved anti-inflammatory used on patients suffering acute pain from either injury or the post-surgery recovery process. There are many legitimate reasons to use Toradol.

But there are also many illegitimate uses for this product.

It***8217;s the sporting world***8217;s worst kept secret that Toradol has been widely used as somewhat of a legalized cheat or substitute ***8220;pep pill***8221; for otherwise healthy players looking to be temporarily rejuvenated for the game. In a legitimately injured athlete Toradol completely masks the effects of that injury, allowing the player to perform as if nothing were wrong. In an athlete not suffering from a debilitating injury, however, it turns him into what could be described as a virtually indestructible force.

The NFL has especially leaned on the use of Toradol, with teams reportedly issuing across the board pre-game injections for their players, injured or not. This dangerous practice has been mentioned in several lawsuits against the NFL from ex-players concerned with the league***8217;s lack of safety precautions.

Toradol, aside from reinvigorating the body, also masks the effects of cramps and, more importantly, wipes clean the symptoms of a concussion. Under the effect of Toradol, an athlete could be seriously injured and dangerously concussed without even knowing it until much later.

Wow, its amazing these same guys act as if this is no big deal, yet were calling Saline and Vit C a PED....lmao.
I don't think a positive result could lower Pac's stock any more than his lackluster effort already has. Tack delusional crying onto it? Pac might never be on PPV in America again, and I've willingly given Bob my money to watch Pac many times.

Toradol isn't a PED, it's an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), it's approved by USADA and not prohibited by WADA. With that being said, you don't have to worry about Pacquiao testing positive for Toradol, because it's perfectly legal.

Go check out the Castillo fight. Floyd was able to do lots of things with that supposed hurt arm. Floyd fans used Floyd's injury as an excuse for his poor performance.

Just how it is buddy. Your boy beat in the eyes of the judges a fighter who only had one effective hand that night. Can't really brag about that.

Pac with one arm gave a 2 handed Foyd all he can handle. And made Floyd drop his punch out put to his lowest in his career. Who really got outclassed that night?

                A 50% one handed PAc > = A 100% Floyd 2 handed Floyd

I'd give the glory to PAc off-course. He did it with one effective hand. Amazing guy.

                The truth. Easy work.
So a 2 hand pac couldn't ko algieri or little rios but he is going to ko floyd??? And if roach didn't say which round pac was "hurt" in you couldn't either. And if you tore a rotator cuff you would have a lot of trouble throwing punches at all. You have very limited motion and a ton of pain. And if he was hurt in the 4th, why did they want the toradol before the fight? FOR THOSE WHO NEVER HAD TORADOL, it's very good!!!!! I had it after an appendectomy. It makes you sing. Lol I turned down vicodin es for the toradol.

Floyds only knock down in his career came when he hurt his right hand, cried out in pain and touched the canvas. Pac never looked hurt, never complained of pain in the corner. The only thing we have is deluded roach trying to save face by saying pac was hurt weeks before the fight. But you never saw that in the 24/7 episodes or anywhere. This phantom injury is getting plain silly.

Wow, calling someone ****** when you think Toradol is just like a strong Motrin. Comparing an OTC vs prescription. Yes, they are both NSAIDs, but tylenol and morphine are both pain killers. That would be like calling hydromorphone just like tramadol only stronger.

From eMed: Ketorolac (Toradol) is the most potent and most effective NSAID analgesic, with efficacy comparable to opioids. The analgesic effect of 30 mg of ketorolac is similar to 10 mg of morphine.
