50 Cent isn't going to lose his biggest boxing star ... despite the fact his promotions company filed for bankruptcy this week ... with Yuriorkis Gamboa vowing to ride with 50 all the way 'til the end.

We broke the story ... SMS Promotions filed for Chapter 11 this week ... claiming it wants to reorganize and keep the boxing business 50 started back in 2012 afloat.

Well, Gamboa -- a former WBA and IBF featherweight champ -- says he's not concerned AT ALL about the company's financial situation ... saying, "I will support 50. He has always been a good friend and supporter."

SMS Promotions will keep all of its fighters. His company is fine, he filed for bankruptcy to protect himself against a defamation case. I read he leaked some a sex tape of a rival rappers wife, and the woman is now suing him. He used the bankruptcy to have the trial date moved on to a later date, in a attempt to shake this woman off him.

Gamboas first mistake was going to 50cent. Inactivity has plagued all of 50s boxers. Haymon wouldve been a better option for Gamboa, I respect his loyalty but I wouldnt doubt if the shoe were on the other foot, 50 wouldve jumped ship and not looked back.
