Counterpunchers maybe, if they can time him. But movers and classical boxers khan beats every time becouse of his speed and athletism. Despite his size Chris is not nearly good enough to outbox Amir. Perhaps no-one is.

Chris doesnt use his reach that well either. But these are the questions im looking to get the answer to. Decent scrap we have here IMO

Chris runs a lot so expect Amir to be trailing him all night. From here Amir gets picked off with jabs and the right that will come in intervals.
How much range does he have though?

i dont think a inch or 2 will be significant, i cud be wrong

although khan will have to do all the chasing, i agree with ur there

              Floyd most likely. Perhaps Brook.

Khan actually was ahead in my papers at the Garcia -fight when Garcia started to counter him with one well timed shot - left hook. Khan since has tightened his defence very much though. At that time Khan still was a reckless fighter. IMO keeps his head cooler nowdays and sticks to the gameplan.

I stand by my opinion. It is very, very hard to outbox him. Id say Khan at this point, as a welterweight, is the toughest fight for Floyd at this point. Blinding speed, size and decent pop. Brook is too slow. That would be amazing fight though, a 60-40 for Khan.

Zab was relatively stationary as he tried to control the center of the ring. In this geography, Amir can use his range. Zab had no answer to Amir picking him off at that distance.

Zab is an overly deliberate fighter who can be shell shocked into locking up. Chris is the opposite, a notorious punch spammer. He'll be picking Amir off with jabs and countering when Amir reaches in to get at the taller man.

Chris volume will help keep Amir's hands at home.

You really think Algieri is good enough to do that? Interesting. I personally dont believe that for a second, but I hope he can cause some problems for Khan.

                    Hey Ilpo

He was able to beat Provo, who is an above average fighter, so Chris is at least decent.

It's a combination of Chris being decent, Amir not being very good (although clearly more talented than Chris), and Chris benefiting from having a tactical advantage due to styles.

I won't be picking Chris in many fights, but I believe he can beat Brandon Rios, Amir Khan, Chaves, Devon, Guerrero, etc level fighters.

You still think Floyd would win?
