Collectors who are collecting blood or urine for a WADA agency don't want to be filmed. I think WADA even made it a part of their code.
The reason for that is simple: If you would film the collection process and you would test positive, any lawyer would try to find a malpractice in the collection process and take the case to court. At the end nobody would collect samples because they would fear to be sued.

The board itself saw a drastic decline in quality when pacs Filipino contingent and floyd haters who knew very little about the sport began posting. Floyd was hated when arum started the Margo rumors but this place was still relatively populated with different fans. But after PAC beat de la Hoya it ruined te board. People I respected like thegreata silencers etc stopped posting and revealed to me it was exactly that reason. Pacquiao fans ruined the board there is no exception to that. Look at my join date. All the alts aliases etc. Sure there's a floyd troll here and there but thy are very very few. This place became a racialist ****hole and posters like yourself are basically part of the problem.
