Unified Champions

I was just thinking, Unified champions should stake all their belts everytime they fight... I say what's the point of holding back 1 or 2 of your belts and stake only one, and then you lose and you're still the champ for two sanctioning bodies???

just like the case of zab, when he lost his championship to baldi, he still took home his two other championships...

what do you think???

i think the whole idea of holding belts back or not putting any of your belts on the line is just *****. if your a champ then prove it. I dont think there should be an option, i think if your champ you put your title on the line every time you fight, thats part of the responsibilty of being at the top, but thats just my opinion.

that's what i am talking about... regardless of what fight it is you're taking, belts should be at stake always... at least to have more use for the belts...

The Ring magazine belt is the most important belt in boxing.It has no need to have bull**** ratings and champs cuz they don't have sanctioning fees.In the case of the Baldomir-Judah fight only the WBC title was on the line cuz of sanctioning fees but since Zab lost the one belt even if Baldomir didn't get the other 2 he should have been stripped of the others.

ITS PROBABLY HIGH TIME TO CORRECT THE MESS BOXING IS IN, before there where only ONE Champ per division then TWO, then THREE ... the rate its going maybe at the turn of the century there will be ONE HUNDRED CHAMPS, tsk tsk ... I DON'T KNOW HOW IT COULD BE DONE, BUT THERE SHOULD ONLY BE ONE WORLD CHAMPION for every division...

i hope one rich ass mofo could buy out all 4(WBA,IBF,WBA & WBO) sanctioning bodies and unify em to one. then we wont have any problem.
