There no doubt in my mind if this fight took place without drug testing that manny that was terrorizing everyone years ago would have showed up.

My question is are they only coming out now because they are only getting the results now and if that is the case assuming Floyd of PAC was dirty they basically would've been able to compete on PED's and it only would've come out later?
