Nah, he has been mentioning retirement since before the last Kessler fight.

          That was 2 - 2.5 years ago.

Froch can't beat Calzaghe in his baddest night ever also today after all these years of retirement, period!!!
Calzaghe is another level, he is not a robotic tough fighter that is there to take, Calzaghe would boxe his head off like he did with Lacy, Kessler, etc.
Bhop at 50y beat Froch IMO but he couldn't beat at 42y Calzaghe.

Oh Froch...you fight like once a year, if that, and are becoming less and less relevant in this sport, even within your division. For months you begged Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (of all freaking people!!) to fight you. Really? Of course, you want no part of a rematch against Andre Ward, that's clear. I mean, even with his surgically repaired shoulder he would again wipe the floor with you.

Froch, you are and and always were too slow for Joe Calzaghe's "slap" and ring generalship. Maybe now that Calzaghe is 43 you can give him a good fight. Maybe.

Move on with your life and retire already. While you're at it, tell your manager to stop teasing the boxing world because you know that you will never fight Golovkin despite what anyone says.

Joe Cal would put hands on Froch making him look like an amateur and Froch would end up running away just like Floyds fa gg it ass against Pac

I am not knocking either guy, just an observation.....

Calzaghe couldnt buy a fan a few years back, now they pour out of the woodwork to defend him against Froch

Froch is a legend, end of story.

Calzaghe was a great fighter, but history will likely sell him short.
