Ok, I know Manny is a huge draw now in the US and all, though cmon! Larios is suppose to be the "tuneup" for the Morales rematch. Why have it on PPV? Doesn't make any sense. Then again this hasn't been confirmed yet, just word out of Freddy Roach's mouth, http://www.**********.com/pag/article7592.html Hopefully he doesnt't know the facts and maybe HBO will cover it on regular broadcast if they cover it at all. BTW, in another interview, Roach said, he sees Manny moving up to 135lbs soon, and dreams of him fighting with the likes of Corrales.

Supposedly HBO did want the fight but were scared to travel there due to the violence going on in the Phillipines.

Either way, I wouldn't mind paying for this fight. But it would be alot better with Lamp, Larry, and the 3rd wheel calling it.

      I'm serious and don't laugh.

This sucks because every Mexican, their mother, brother, five cousins, uncle, brother in law, sister, and several friends will tune in at the prospect of Larios beating Pacman. They will witness him get shallocked, and lose faith in him as a fighter.

Hate to break it to you.

Larios is the draw. Like I stated.

Mexicans buy more PPV's than anyone times fifty. they're tuning in at the prospect of another Mexican getting a shot at beating Pacman.

Well, I wouldn't mind paying for it coz I am a Pacfan.
But that last sentence bout PAC moving up to 135 soon and fighting Chico Coralles. They're CRAZY!!

Here's the quote from the article that I read it from since webpages aren't showing up properly.

"Boxing trainer Freddie Roach said the other day Manny Pacquiao has reached only 75 percent of his potential as a fighter and will eventually invade the 135-pound ranks where Diego Corrales looms as a dream opponent.

"Manny’s getting better all the time," said Roach who arrived here for a brief visit Friday morning and left for Los Angeles last Sunday night. "He’s still working on a lot of things, like becoming more comfortable using the right hand. I think he’s got three to five more years of championship boxing left. He’ll stay a superfeatherweight at least for another year because there’s still a lot of great fights at 130 pounds then he’ll move up to 135."

Roach singled out Corrales as an opponent in the near future. Corrales is an all-action fighter who was once the superfeatherweight titlist and now reigns as lightweight champion. "

If that's true, then let's hope Castilo ****s Chico up so so bad that by the time Manny gets to him, he'll be a shot fighter then.

It's not HBO's fault, The Filipino broadcast company ABS-CBN is to blame here. HBO would've shown it for free if Manny agreed to fight in San Francisco. But Manny refused because he wanted to fight in front of his people, badly.

I have a feeling this will not be a full-priced PPV, probably less than $30. Remember, the HBO crew will NOT be the announcers for this fight.

yeah, even if the fight ends up on PPV, Pacquiao and Larios are both worth the money...
