Should Zab Judah still be champ?

I kinda go both ways on it. It is true that Baldomir didn't follow the sanctioning rules, but is the belt tainted because the current champ lost his last fight? MaxBoxing tore into Mayweather for taking the fight, and his up coming victory (we know he will win) and taking the IBF title. They say he should follow after Bowe and when he wins the title, throw it away (lets all hope he doesn't follow after Bowe in ANYTHING... Although, I don't see him ducking anyone, there is no one to duck, so that shouldn't be a problem)

Anyway, they bag on him for the fight, and like I said, I go both ways on that. The best in the game shouldn't be fighting for a tainted title... But he was going to fight Zab anyway, even when everyone thought Zab had actually lost the title when he lost the match...

Does anyone think the title is tainted?

When I really think about it, I think Mayweather should refuse the title shot, and just fight him for the fight... to prove that the best will fight any where, anytime... And not even take the chance of putting a blemish like that on his boxing career.

" Is the title tainted", pretty goofy question, but if you must have an answer. YES!!!!! His title means absolutely nothing.

IBF title is worthless. Even Judah dosn't consider himself champion.

If mayweather did that he probably lose money on the promotion because it will lose the world title billing!

Anyone with a brain should know the answer.

If you beat the champion, you become the champion!
          That's as easy as ABCs...

obviously its tainted and has no real meaning, but baldomir didnt pay the fee's so he doesnt get the belt. its pretty simple

yeah... baldomir only got paid $100,000 for judah fight and he had to pay WBC $10,000 for the sanctioning fee. he didn't have any $$$ to pay the rest of the sanctioning fees
