You're being too harsh I think.

DeGale's an Olympic gold medallist who just beat Andre Dirrell in the US, a guy who many felt beat Froch.

Groves holds a W over DeGale and gave Froch two tough fights, arguably up on the cards in both.

Jack has lost one fight in his career and he also just beat an US world champion again on his own soil.

Jack isn't terrible though. He had a terrible outing before but he's not terrible.
He boxed the younger Dirrell very well and handled his power.
Kind of agree Jack isn't that bad he's not great or anything but he's physical and will press DeGale up against the ropes during his customary 43 breaks during the fight.

I liked seeing Jack beat Anthony "The Puppy" Dirrel, he was very disciplined and had a workman attitude in the ring, he never stopped punching. That being said I don't think he has the power to bother DeGale, and his chin is pretty bad which will land him in a world of trouble when DeGale inevitably lands. He could win a few rounds just like Dirrel did if DeGale gasses or takes a break but I don't think it would make a difference in the outcome. I don't appreciate Chunky's blatant disrespect but the truth is the truth.

Someone said this smw division is weak because Groves, Degeal, and Jack are champs.....

Smw is the most talented division right now. there are numerous Olympic medalist, storied amateurs and very well tested fighters throughout the top tier. Groves, Ward, Degeal, Andre Dirrel, Anthony Direll, and Badou Jack are all very good. With the exception of Ward all of these guys are close fights. They are that good, that they are Damn near evenly matched. This is the best division in boxing, every other division is a series of mismatches.

GGG fights nothing but mismatches in his weak division, Canelo has Andrade and both Charlo brothers in his division but goes nowhere near them. Floyd may as well retire because no one at 147 is going to touch him and Khan, brook, and Bradley are fighting Algeri, Rios, and Vargas respectively......Wtf?!!?!!?

Super middle has the most competitive fights and over all best talent by far.

Ramirez sucks bob will find him a vacant title somewhere but he won't beat a real champ his only chance is abraham and even this completely shot version might beat ramirez

all degale is , is get inside throw a quick flurry which is hard to counter that many slaps in quick succession, but eventually he could be countered if someones willing to stand and fight him and not be mesmorised by his slaps. Calzaghe would be all wrong for degale.

DeGale surprised me and he fought well but he should quit this kind of childish trash talking because it's not cool. If someone talks trash he better do it on a creative, funny way not just call other fighters pussies and terrible because the latter is far from something I would call symphatetic.
why are you telling us who your "faves" are ? and in order of which? one of my faves is..."you ****** ****". now.....in the words of the great alan ford "fack off".

                      I agree with this.

The best fighters at 168 consistenly fight eachother.

The depth is there because these are top fighters getting into mandatory spots. Not the Jo Jo Dan's of this world.

Ward is ahead of the pack if he actually fights but there is a lot of good fighters out there. Calum Smith will join the chasing pack soon too.
