In what round would GGG knockout DeGale?

I think GGG would KO DeGale within 3 rounds. DeGale would obviously be in pure survival mode once GGG touches him and he wouldn't even attempt to get the victory.

I don't see GGG trying to carry a 168lber like he did Monroe Jr, for example. DeGale gets brutalized by the end of the 3rd round, IMO.

    What do you guys think?

Froch, Ward, Degale, all tough fights for Golovkin. Much bigger men, in reach, height, size and bone density.

Why I think he should pick his fights carefully up there(big fights). I know people like to talk about how a guy like Mayweather has moved up so and so, but he's not giving up just about every physical advantage, he's usually faster, taller, longer reach, and it's usually against carefully chosen individuals(a child in Alvarez, a midget in Cotto or a shot De La Hoya).

Golovkin isn't going to grow much more at 33, and he's not the fastest, so he'll have to rely solely on his boxing skills whilst under numerous disadvantages.

That said, I think Golovkin stops him around 8-9 as the guy said, I did not like what I saw from Degale tonight, barring his skills, he's got skills.

GGG and his team have no intentions on making the jump up to 168. Plus, he's got plenty of foes at 160 he needs to take care of first.

A couple of foes? Yes. Not plenty.

I think the only remaining fights for GGG at 160lbs are Andy Lee and Lemiuex. Cotto will never step into the ring with him and I don't see Canelo moving up soon.

Yeah but what round do you see him stopping DeGale in if they fought

It depends on which round GGG first hurts him. If it had been GGG in the ring against Dirrell tonight, it would have ended in the second round. Golovkin would not let it go very long against a dangerous opponent. As soon as he would have the chance, he would end it.

                Lee
                Quillin
                Cotto
                Canelo
                Lemiuex
                Lara (calling him out)
Andrade (will eventually move up, has spoken about fighting GGG)
                ect.

I understand some of these fights seem unlikely due to their promotional deals but let's not act like GGG has no competition at Middleweight. Beating all the B and C level guys doesn't make you king of your division.

I'll reserve judgement until GGG actually stops somebody worth a damn or finally moves up to 168 (don't count on it anytime soon).

Wow, now we have GGG Knocking out everybody. C'mon, the guy is very good but that doesn't turn him in KO machine for the division above him. First we need to have a first look of it. i.e. Froch vs GGG at 168 and KO in the 8-10th

that will tell you how great GGG will look at SMW.

Golovkin is a small middleweight and unlikely to keep his power vs bigger guys. It's anyone's guess if he could still bully/outbox them to a UD but I don't think he would be the same stoppage machine.
