    Can Carl Froch "Bute" Golovkin?

If they fight can The Cobra derail another hype train? Or is he too old and Golovkin too good for the upset to happen?

I think GGG wins but Froch is going to give him the hardest challenge he's had to date. The Cobra will give anyone hell whether he wins or not. I hope it happens.

Bute showed vulnerability throughout his career, it was only a matter of time. Ggg is vastly better.

Froch will Bute Golovkin in six rounds! Golovkin has no boxing skills. All he knows how to do is come forward and attack his opponent. Froch will punish him for 5.5 rounds and then KO him.

Bute and Golovkin are really opposites

Bute went life and death with quite poor opponents, spent his whole career at the Bell Center, was mostly hyped because he had an in-vogue "slick" style, there were a lot of signs that he was a card tower waiting to topple from 1 bad punch

It's possible Froch could beat Golovkin but it would be an ugly war, not just Froch teeing on a guy who doesn't know what to do when he gets punched back

              This ^^^^

Also, Bute is a guy I feel is much more susceptible to breaking down mentally in hostile surroundings as he did in Nottingham. He is more a 'boxer' than a fighter. GGG is physically and mentally tough and would relish a good old scrap with Froch, laying it all on the line rather than going looking for someone.

Silver medalist at the Olympics, with an amature record of 345-5. Pro record or 33-0 with 30 kos,and his last 20 fights have come by way of KO or tko. Holds 2 belts in his weightclass, and the only guy who could give him any trouble is at 168,and #2 p4p in the sport (when active) and yet GGG has no boxing skills, and is a face first fighter? Are you a casual,or just ******?

Golovkin stopped Bute as an amateur and he would stop Froch as a pro.
