Rounds 11 and 12 were Degales though.

he showed that he could stay awy from degales hook from low and degale had very small success after that..he did not look gassed he looked confused..i think dirrell gave 11 away staying in the pocket letting punches in...i would have had dirrel winning 5-12...well five was a swing
i want to see 5,6,11, and 12 again

His guys suck, this isnt like other things where just throwing money around solves all of your problems. His stable is quite bad and he either keeps losing fights or losing leverage without the titles. His divisional representatives bring a tear to your eye. Peturd Quittin cant even beat Andy Lee, Anthony Dirrell loses to ****ing Badou Jack and "The Second Coming" Andre Dirrell loses to "euro level" James Degale. lol
If Degale is supposed to be euro level, then what the **** does that make eternal champion in recess(since he can never be an actual champ, you know, since he's so good he simply chooses not to...) Andre Dirrell?
Everyone loses fights. Undefeated fighters are rare at the world level and both these guys are world level. Wtf is wrong with ppl?

The replays were clear as day. Dirrell would throw 6 or 7 shots and maybe 1 would partially get through.

DeGale needed to make him pay though.

degale did win this fight, although i have to agree about degales tactics being very poor. He was trying to stand off. back off and counter, when he could clearly hurt dirrel at every opportunity, and then when he was sitting on the ropes i was going mental. he had to bully dirrell and push him back.

                Good observation.

In the round-by-round thread there was actually a couple of guys saying that Degale was going to be the victim of a "Haymon decision" on the scorecards. I was thinking to myself WTF are they talking about? One thing about the PBC is that the judging has been fair with several Haymon guys taking losses even when the fights are close.

People just hate the guy irrationally.

Only rounds he won clearly were 7-10. That's it.

                  Log off, son.

So was Degale gassed or was he deliberately staying on the back foot?
