      No he's signed w/Banner I think same as Provo or maybe Star one of those smaller NY promoters

              Signed to Star Boxing, who had to give options on him to Banner Promotions for the Provodnikov fight, who seem to bend to Top Rank at near any whim.

              No formal HBO contract, but Star Boxing seems willing to move Algieri wherever he can get a big fight.
