  • Comments Thread For: Murray: James DeGale Will Do a Job on Andre Dirrell

Martin Murray (29-2-1, 12KOs) is planning to resume his career in the super middleweight ranks.

His future plan to invade 168 has made him an interested party in today's showdown between countryman James DeGale and Michigan's Andre Dirrell. The two fighters will collide for the vacant IBF super middleweight title in Boston, Massachusetts.

Murray was last seen in the ring in February, getting stopped in the eleventh round by IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin.

He backs DeGale to come through with an clear motivation to face him down the line in a big domestic fight.
