Former champion Brandon Rios (33-2-1, 24KOs) has revealed that a targeted return for June 27th has now been pushed back to a later date.

A few days ago, BoxingScene.com reported that Rios was being positioned to fight on the Timothy Bradley-Jessie Vargas HBO televised undercard at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

Why waste rios name on a undercard when they can just create another even out of it.

Pretty sure Top rank has dates to fullfill with HBO, and hbo wont approve just anything a Rios fight they will approve as a headliner so why waste it on a undercard.
