Just because Floyd said that was why he had those side effects does not make it a fact. Floyd said that the side effects were still so bad that he had to wear a cap and sunglasses. Side effects after 1 month? Kind of strange don't you think?
Secondly, who would do that kind of treatment just before his training camp and fight? Kind of strange don't you think?
Being that Floyd did it just before his fight, he did the procedure but not for his looks but to prepare for his fight. Makes more sense.

For years, Floyd and his fans were all screaming that urine testing is not sufficient enough. Since its Floyd, Floyd fans are saying ".... but Floyd was tested" without even mentioning their previous concerns

We don't know the scope of the TUE at all, only that it includes rehydration via masking agent. Again, given that Floyd doesn't dehydrate, its odd he'd need to resort to such drastic last minute measures.
As su****ious as this is, it doesn't get worse than the Molina Broner scandal a few months prior
Once again, your conspiracy theory reeks of desperation. Try again.Comment

There's been smoke coming out that camp for a while, but its getting too thick.Comment

But something he'd anticipate in advance and request a TUE? Therapy is for long term conditions, you can't request that last minute. Or at least you can't be granted, but this is Usada and seems anything goes.

The article clearly states, and I quote...
"Mayweather also applied for, and was given, a the****utic use exemption (TUE) for rehydration purposes after the May 1 weigh-in. He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions"
In case you still can't comprehend it, the application was made after the weigh in, and he was given it. Where in that quote is there evidence of "anticipation"?
