How come nobody hates Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock from WWE and movies?

The Rock is one of most popular African American personalities in sports and entertainment and people of all races respect him and if some crazy WWE fan boos for the rock at a wrestling match, the said fan doesn't have to worry about being labelled a racist.

Now, I understand The Rock is half black... same as *****. Both dudes aren't 100% black, so why is it that if someone doesn't like the rock it must be because they just don't like his personality, but when someone disagrees with *****'s policies they get accused of being racist?
