Australian Daniel Geale could convert their duel from June 6 in New York in a battle similar to what Miguel Angel Cotto lived, when he faced Austin Trout in December 2012 in Madison Square Garden. Golovkin yearns to face Cotto or the Mexican Saúl "Canelo" Álvarez in the future. If the boricua beats Geale on June 6, he would have secured a clash with Canelo at the end of the year.
