    Holyfield-Donald

In conversation with someone the subject came up about Holyfield and I was asked what happened to him. I told them that his reflexes have been slipping for awhile and that he lost to Larry Donald. Before that fight, i thought for sure Evander would win but he lost and I heard that he lost most of the rounds(I didn't see the fight, obviously).
What I'm wondering here is how badly did he lose the fight if anyone saw it, and how did he lose to someone who is not even a major player on the heavyweight scene? Also, does everyone out there truly feel that there is NO shot at all for him to bounce back in the current HW division? After all, he keeps saying that he is going to win the HW chamionship again. Just curious what everyone thinks.

I don't think it's a matter of him "bouncing back". I think it will become a matter of weither or not Holy can tie his shoelaces.

      should have quit earlier

Holyfield should have quit for sure after he lost to James Toney, or maybe even earlier. I saw his fight against Larry Donald and I can't remember Holyfield even winning a round. Donald landed a ton of jabs along with a few combinations while Holyfield didn't land much of anything. It was awful to watch if you had seen Holyfield fight when he was in his prime. When it was over, Holyfield was interviewed and he was asked about his performance. He responded "Well, it was better than the last fight" speaking about the fight with Toney. Pretty sad.

Holyfield is shot. He should stay away from the ring for his own good....

he was totally dominated and threw very little in the way of punches. donald does have pretty good talent although he couldnt beat the top guns. it shouldnt have surprised you,,,,being the way holy looked against toney
