I think it's an easy fight for kahn ... stylistically I think Algieri is about the safest known fighter kahn could take on ... power is kahn's kryptonite and chris doesn't have any.

You guys think Chris Algieri is easy target for Khan?
Lol, this seems like something only an Amir Khan PR rep would think to say. He trying too hard to make this fight seem like a good pick.

Khan has proven he can outbox "boxers" so to speak. Khan isnt going to show us anything new with Algeri so I wouldnt call Algeri a step back in his career but its definitely not a step forward. Khan has problems with pressure fighters and boxers that carry some pop. Career wise (& I know people will talk crap when I say this) a guy like Brandon Rios would be more of a step forward in his career than Algeri. Reason being, is we all want to see how he withstands pressure especailly with someone that can test that chin. If Julio Diaz put him on his butt, a guy like Rios or someone lesser could finish Khans career. Think how sad itd be if Khan somehow got a Mayweather fight, beats Mayweather than loses the linear title to Brandon Rios... lol

Algieri has a new trainer, and he will be a pain to chase down. I dont think Algieri can hurt Khan, I see it Khan UD on points, I think Algieri can cause problems, but Khan should outbox him

Khan can look like a special fighter against guys who can't hurt him or are scared of him like Judah.

Against weak punchers in Alexander, Malignaggi, Kotelnik, and Collazo Khan looked like a great fighter.

Algieri doesn't do anything better than Khan and he can't punch a lick. I don't think he has a shot. i would pock Algieri to beat Garcia and Broner though.

Exactly, from purely a boxing perspective he is damn near impossible to beat. That's why he was exceptional in the amateurs with with gear on. You need power to beat him and he still doesn't give too many rounds away. Virgil has made him much more tactically and defensively sound and instead of fighting in spurts, he can sustain it more. Anyone else see a bit of Andre Ward vs Alexander?

This will be a very easy fight, because Algeri is finally being let out of his cage and he will finally be able to show how dominant of a boxer he is.

...but if he's kept in that cage, Amir Khan wins UD easily.
