If Warriors boxing won the Degale/Dirrell purse bid, why is Lou Dibella promoting?

Well why is Lou Dibella promoting the fight then?

The purse bid for the Super Middleweight Championship contest between James DeGale and Andre Dirrell took place today, March 10, 2015, at the IBF office in Springfield, NJ. The bidders were Warriors Boxing Promotions and Mathchroom Sport. The winning bid came from Warriors Boxing Promotions at $3,100,000.00. Matchroom Sport bid $2,105,000.00. The purse will be split 50/50. Warriors Boxing Promotion has until March 25, 2015 to submit executed contracts for this bout to the IBF and has 90 days to stage the contest.

    Even doing conference calls

Soooo.... uhhhh we just not gonna say anything or whut?
Dibella Entertainment is putting on the event as lead promoter, and Warriors Boxing is partnering with them by providing the main event.

The card is being presented by Dibella Entertainment, in association with Warriors Boxing, Murphy's Boxing, Matchroom Sport, and NBC.

The Dirrell-Degale card is being supported by a ten-fight card, with at least one other direct Warriors Boxing bout, in addition to the main event (to add to that, according to Warriors Boxing's website, they are also in partnership with four other companies, one of those being Dibella).

    maybe next time
