Why is Andre Ward starting to appear "number 2" on P4P lists

Its laughable hes even appearing in peoples top ten lists at all. But number 2??WTF

Lets get it right, people need to decide whether Froch is an elite level fighter or not. And make up their ****ing minds. Because that s his best win, which he only won by 2 rounds.

His other Best win is Kessler, in which he should have been Disqualified in any other sane Universe.

So thats the best of it...Now the worst of it...

he fought a already overated WEIGHT DRAINED dawson. Hes been losing fights left right and centre.

He fought a terrible over weight fighter in Rodriguez, BOTH were so horrible they got deducted two points each. And Now hes fighting Paul Smith, who Arthur Abraham even schooled.

Ad this equated to number 2 on the p4p rankings...He no Wladimir Klitschko lets be honest...

The only real point isn't about the quality of his wins. It's the time since the last good win. Nearly four years since his last win over a ranked 168lber. That's crazy, you can't be on the P4P list after all that time.

Get used to it OP, as soon as Mayweather retires in September, they're going to install Ward as #1.

the brits bring that up all the time!

and when you insult them for not knowing a damn thing about boxing, they recant and say, "the official scorecards," as if they didn't bring them up to support a case for froch.

i gave froch 2 rounds, and one was close. jim watt and his little buddy acted like ward was gassed and holding on for dear life at the end of the fight i gave ward the 12th, iirc.

you score the effectiveness of punches, not who you want to win.

edwin rodriguez is a fighter on a similar tier to george groves. they're contenders. froch had to fight groves twice, and almost got knocked out.

                  Talent wise, he belongs there.

The only issue is inactivity, he hasn't beat anyone solid in 4 years.

He was #2 on pretty much all lists before his inactivity. He probably shouldn't be on the list anymore. He is ridiculously talented though and beat anyone of relevance at 168. I'm very confident in him beating GGG and 50/50 on Kovalev.
