and it makes sense since floyd stated that he was gonna vacate the belts anyway.

IDC if anyone dislikes floyd. Mad respect to him if he is truly giving up the belts since he's gonna retire and give chances for the up and comers to win some belts of their own.

IMO it shoulda been Bradley vs Rios..... Vargas isn't even ranked in WBO at welterweight OR Super Lightweight.

Bradley vs Ali is an interesting fight. At least something good is coming out of this matchup.

Yeah at first I thought it was gonna be a BS fight and they were gonna give it to Vargas to set him up for a Pacman showdown late this year... but if Ali gets the winner, then this is real boxing.

Vargas holds the WBA regular 140 lb title. Why should the WBO have him rated?
