Yea, Cotto is done. Just because he beat a middle aged crippled Martinez people thought it was a comeback or something.

I wonder if he even wants the Canelo fight? He doesn't have a death wish, he won't go anywhere near GGG, but perhaps a Canelo fight will happen.

I want GGG to get that belt, and unify the division. Force a lemiuex fight.

If you had clottey winning that round but got dropped.... it would be a 9-8 round for cotto not 10-9

When Quillin Dropped Lee, Glenn Feldman scored that round 10-9 for Quillin. That was bad on his part because Quillin got enough shots in to win the round. Cotto did not do enough to win the first round against Clottey, but he won the round because of the KD, but Clottey overall did better in that round so I make it a 10-9 round for Cotto.

This is true. The losing effort against Floyd was his best performance since Mosley.

Clearly we are talking about Round 1

Feel free to post the round here, it was a feeling out round no domination of any of the sides until Cotto conected his power jab and KD happen. Very simple

Other than that the head but cost Cotto rounds but he came back and won a very close fight.

I'm used to Cotto haters and/or Puertorricans haters for that matter, so no worries. what I actually do is LMAO every time imagine the haters face with anger and envy when writing here.

No, it's a 10 point must system. You have to score 10 points to a fighter unless of a points deduction due to a foul.

A fighter who has been knocked down and doesn't score a knock down in return will almost always lose the round 10-8. Knockdown trumps all.

If you really feel that a fighter who has been knocked down won the round then they can claim a point back to lose the round by one point rather than two (so they lose 10-9) if they absolutely dominate the round you can score it even 10-10 but this is still hard to justify if they've not equaled the knockdown.

Okay, my point was Cotto won regardless the round was irrelevant. It was a close fight I agree, I had it a draw but the knockdown made the difference.

Be that as it may and contrary to your statements implication, it wasn't cotto's only excellent performance.
