AS a fan of Mayweather, honestly, the way this win went couldn't have been more satisfying. More satisfying than if Mayweather had KOed him IMO. He utterly dominated the fight and made it clear that at no time in their careers would Pacquaio have ever even made it a close fight. It was a complete and total victory. And what's more is that Pacquaio fans are left looking like idiots trying to make excuses and explain this humiliating defeat away. Pacquiao got embarrassed by a much superior boxer, that's going to sting for a long time for them.

I've always liked Pacquiao as a fighter, but man, he just got dominated, he did not have a chance and he couldn't pull the trigger because of the Mayweather counters. And now he and his side cannot accept what everyone saw, he got his rear kicked.

And to the Mayweather haters, for him to totally take everything Pacquiao does away from him had to be agonizing to watch. He complete neutralized anything Pacquiao does well.

I completely agree. If Floyd would had knocked Manny out, knowing Pacfans/ they would had come with the excuses that Manny's chin was already soften by Marquez and that Manny would had won by ko with a fresher chin. The fact that Floyd schooled Manny with pure skilled, it doesn't give Manny and his ****** much room to say anything about luck or Manny's chin since Floyd proved to be the superior fighter by simply beating Manny with absolute skill and would also conclude that since Floyd is clearly the more skilled and smarter fighter, Floyd schools any version of Manny. Great victory for Floyd.

Number 48 only has one style of fighting. That is to come forward throwing punches in bunches and occasionally jumping in to throw punches. If you neutralize that style, #48 is completely lost because he doesn't have an alternative style. Marquez neutralized that style in their fourth fight and KO'd #48.

Mayweather neutralized that style by coming forward and forcing #48 to fight backwards at times, at other times by moving around and not giving #48 a chance to throw punches in bunches and then by nailing him with a right hand every time #48 tried to jump in.

In spite of Freddie Roach's claim that they had four or five different gameplans to neutralize anything Mayweather did, the truth is #48 only had one gameplan and that was the same gameplan he has used in every fight under Roach's tutelage. When Mayweather neutralized that style, #48 looked like a lost puppy who didn't know what to do or where to go.

It was Pacquiaos job to find a way to beat Floyd one way or another. He failed to KO Floyd, He failed to win on points. Pacquiao basically and simply failed. Now he is tagged with being #48 because that is what he is and that is where he fits. Pacquiao filled the #48 spot.
